眼下正值汛期。7月8日，北京市重點防汛工程——石景山衙門口十號路雨污水頂管下穿鐵路工程投用。作為華北地區下穿鐵路直徑最大雨污水頂管工程，該工程投用將進一步提升區域防汛能力。

石景山衙門口十號路雨污水頂管下穿鐵路工程，起點為衙門口十號路，終點接入人民渠，其中雨水管線總長535.1米、污水管線總長633.3米。施工方中鐵二十二局集團項目部負責人王雷介紹，該工程可滿足超1.8萬升每秒的峰值排水需求，將為衙門口地區的棚改回遷安置區4400余戶居民徹底解決雨水污水排放問題，告別以往臨時抽排、費時費力的困擾。

技術人員對臨近鐵路線路的雨水檢查井進行井位測量。中鐵二十二局集團供圖“針對小區建筑集中，匯水面積大、量又多的特點，工程采用直徑3米以上的超大管道，這樣能更好解決暴雨季節排水難的問題。”王雷說，雨水頂管內徑3.2米，外徑達到3.8米，而此前的市政雨污水頂管工程最大直徑僅3.5米。

該工程的最大挑戰在于下穿鐵路區間的施工安全控制。工程同時下穿西長鐵路（京廣鐵路普速）和京廣高速鐵路兩條重要鐵路干線，前者每天發送列車54對，后者更是多達125對，且京廣高速列車運行時速達350公里，對橋墩變形控制標準極為嚴格，位移允許偏差不得超過正負2毫米。

技術人員在管道深處進行定位測量檢查。中鐵二十二局集團供圖項目部通過技術創新，先后攻克進洞口止水難、下穿鐵路要求沉降小、地下土層工況變化、泥漿循環利用、可視化激光導向糾偏等難關。尤其是，該工程部分區域覆土僅1.45米，遠低于常規機械頂管施工的最低要求。為此，項目部采用非開挖頂管工藝，引進巖石頂管掘進機、繆子成像探測儀等先進設備，并采用計算機采集數據和控制，做到施工精準監測和實時調整，在鐵路運輸不中斷的前提下，實現雨污水管道的地下大穿越。

“最緊張的時候24小時施工，平均每天推進8.5米。”王雷說，為確保鐵路安全，項目部專職安全員全程盯控，每推進0.3米測量人員就進行一次測量，確保上方的鐵路結構物位移牢牢控制在誤差范圍內。
