- 準備所有需要的食材,今天這道菜使用味好美閃煮番茄酸湯魚,提前將番茄酸湯魚從冰箱取出來放至室溫解凍;
- 這款味好美閃煮番茄酸湯魚里面有三袋料包,分別是免漿黑魚片、蔬菜包和醬料包,只要用產品本身的料包,不需要調味就可以做番茄酸湯魚了;
- 首先將解凍的免漿黑魚片輕輕搓開以免粘連,黑魚片是活魚宰殺切片的,肉質很細嫩,量足大份,已經上過漿不需要額外調味哦;
- 鍋中倒入600ml水煮開,倒入蔬菜包,蔬菜包里有新鮮冷凍的切片番茄和香菇,保證營養均衡;
- 隨后倒入一整包醬料包,聞著就很酸爽地道;
- 煮開后倒入活海蝦和吐凈沙的蛤蜊煮開;
- 來一份即食土豆粉煮一分鐘;
- 將搓開的魚片平鋪在沸騰的魚湯上煮一分鐘即可離火;
- 將土豆粉撈出鋪底,其余食材碼放在湯碗里;
- 倒入番茄酸湯,按口味撒上小米辣、香菜或青檸片;
- 完全看不出是食材包做的!酸辣爽口的番茄魚粉大功告成,不到十分復刻地道貴州凱里番茄酸湯魚趕緊試一試呀!
