近日，知名網(wǎng)紅衛(wèi)生巾品牌“棉密碼”旗下產(chǎn)品被曝光檢測(cè)出含有有毒有害物質(zhì)硫脲。

根據(jù)消費(fèi)者集體送檢的檢測(cè)報(bào)告來(lái)看，從2019年9月到2025年1月，多個(gè)批次的“棉密碼茶氧夜用衛(wèi)生巾”、“茶氧日用衛(wèi)生巾”等品類(lèi)均檢出超高含量硫脲，其中一款“棉密碼櫻花·舒緩型衛(wèi)生巾”的硫脲含量甚至高達(dá)16653.4679μg/g。

A consumer-led inspection revealed dangerously high levels of thiourea in several batches of Mpassword sanitary pads produced between September 2019 and January 2025, including one product with concentrations exceeding 16,653.4679 μg/g.

硫脲，是一種在工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域廣泛應(yīng)用的含硫有機(jī)化合物，被列入《危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品名錄（2015）版》中，因其長(zhǎng)期暴露可能導(dǎo)致較高的生物健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，被國(guó)際癌癥研究聯(lián)盟列為3類(lèi)致癌物。

Thiourea is a sulfur-containing compound used across various industrial sectors and is classified as a Group 3 carcinogen by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC).

專(zhuān)家介紹說(shuō)，硫脲是一種中、低毒的化學(xué)品，急性毒性不高，但長(zhǎng)期暴露可能導(dǎo)致較高的生物健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。在細(xì)胞和動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)上發(fā)現(xiàn)，硫脲可誘導(dǎo)甲狀腺功能障礙、肝毒性、生殖毒性以及免疫毒性。目前還沒(méi)有硫脲針對(duì)人體的系統(tǒng)化毒理影響評(píng)價(jià)研究，但考慮到硫脲暴露導(dǎo)致的對(duì)其他哺乳動(dòng)物的復(fù)雜毒性，其作用于人體時(shí)推測(cè)可能也會(huì)發(fā)揮類(lèi)似毒性效應(yīng)，但尚需人群研究驗(yàn)證。

Experts warn that although its acute toxicity is low, long-term exposure may trigger significant biological risks including thyroid dysfunction and reproductive toxicity, based on evidence from cellular and animal studies. While no comprehensive toxicological studies exist on thiourea's impact on humans, scientists caution that its documented harm to other mammals may suggest comparable risks to people.

硫脲有哪些危害

一份統(tǒng)計(jì)表顯示，有數(shù)百名“棉密碼”消費(fèi)者曾提供產(chǎn)品使用后的反饋信息。有30余人自訴患有甲狀腺癌，同時(shí)反饋其他接觸硫脲的關(guān)聯(lián)病癥，均稱(chēng)長(zhǎng)期使用“棉密碼”衛(wèi)生巾，并出示有多年購(gòu)買(mǎi)“棉密碼”的訂單截圖。

A consumer database indicates that over 30 individuals reported developing thyroid cancer after prolonged use of Mpassword pads. Many shared screenshots of years-long purchase orders, citing additional thiourea-related symptoms such as hormonal imbalances and skin reactions.

統(tǒng)計(jì)表中，約35%的家庭中未成年女兒與母親長(zhǎng)期共同使用“棉密碼”衛(wèi)生巾；數(shù)百例消費(fèi)者反饋紅腫瘙癢悶痘炎癥、婦科炎癥、皮疹蕁麻疹、甲狀腺功能異常、甲狀腺病變等硫脲關(guān)聯(lián)病癥；還有10例左右消費(fèi)者自訴懷孕前使用“棉密碼”衛(wèi)生巾，懷孕后出現(xiàn)了胎停、葡萄胎、新生兒甲亢等情況。

The data also revealed that in approximately 35 percent of families, both mothers and underage daughters regularly used Mpassword pads. Hundreds reported issues such as genital irritation, thyroid dysfunction, and autoimmune skin conditions. Around ten women claimed complications during pregnancy, including miscarriage, molar pregnancy, and neonatal hyperthyroidism.

“棉密碼”是頂流主播辛巴（辛有志）在2017年自創(chuàng)的品牌，號(hào)稱(chēng)“辛巴親自參與研發(fā)的第一款產(chǎn)品”，也是辛選集團(tuán)旗下自營(yíng)品牌，辛巴曾在直播中自稱(chēng)有1000萬(wàn)用戶。

作為最早入局自營(yíng)衛(wèi)生巾賽道的電商品牌，“棉密碼”曾憑借精準(zhǔn)的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)定位成為直播平臺(tái)的現(xiàn)象級(jí)產(chǎn)品，辛巴更在直播中得意提及“每次發(fā)貨都要排隊(duì)”。

Launched in 2017 by livestreaming celebrity Xin Youzhi (known as Xinba), Mpassword was promoted as his first hands-on product and quickly rose to prominence as a flagship brand with a claimed user base of 10 million. Xinba frequently boasted in his broadcasts about the high demand and long shipping queues.

據(jù)信息時(shí)報(bào)，有業(yè)內(nèi)人士稱(chēng)，“棉密碼”8年時(shí)間累計(jì)銷(xiāo)售額高達(dá)33.3億元。2023年時(shí)，該品牌曾入駐超600家線下門(mén)店，覆蓋石家莊、中山等一二線城市，逐步推進(jìn)全渠道布局。“棉密碼”多個(gè)產(chǎn)品系列號(hào)稱(chēng)采用茶多酚衛(wèi)生巾芯片，主打抗氧化的效果。然而，新京報(bào)記者調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)，“棉密碼”衛(wèi)生巾芯片正是檢出硫脲的重災(zāi)區(qū)。

According to the Information Times, industry insiders revealed that Mpassword has achieved cumulative sales of 3.33 billion yuan over an eight-year period. The brand expanded into more than 600 physical stores across major cities like Shijiazhuang and Zhongshan, marketing its products as antioxidant pads featuring tea polyphenol "chip" inserts. However, investigations by The Beijing News have identified these very chip components as hot spots for thiourea contamination.

衛(wèi)生巾芯片為何會(huì)檢出硫脲？專(zhuān)家分析稱(chēng)，硫脲有抗氧化劑的典型特征，且其價(jià)格低廉，不排除可能人為添加硫脲以替代成本更高的抗氧化劑茶多酚。有業(yè)內(nèi)人士透露，這在行業(yè)內(nèi)已不是秘密。

Experts speculate that thiourea may have been deliberately added as a cheap substitute for tea polyphenols due to its antioxidant properties. Industry insiders suggest that such practices are well-known within the sector.

辛選回應(yīng)：不存在致癌問(wèn)題

據(jù)界面新聞，針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題，辛選方面24日回應(yīng)稱(chēng)，“棉密碼”品牌第一時(shí)間請(qǐng)求汕頭市監(jiān)部門(mén)對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了抽檢，結(jié)果是合法合規(guī)合格的，并不存在“致癌”的問(wèn)題。

辛選還向界面新聞提供了一份廣東省汕頭市質(zhì)量計(jì)量監(jiān)督檢測(cè)所出具的檢測(cè)檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告。該報(bào)告的其中一個(gè)樣品名稱(chēng)為“棉密碼茶氧日用衛(wèi)生巾”，委托檢測(cè)日期為2025年5月13日。檢測(cè)結(jié)果顯示，所檢測(cè)的5個(gè)項(xiàng)目符合GB/T8939-2018《衛(wèi)生巾（護(hù)墊）》和GB 15979-2002《一次性使用衛(wèi)生用品衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的要求。報(bào)告中未檢出含有硫脲成分。

On Thursday, Xinxuan Group responded by stating that it had requested official testing from local regulators in Shantou, Guangdong province, which confirmed that its products met national standards and did not pose a carcinogenic risk.

而在其他送檢樣品中，包括棉密碼茶氧量大日用衛(wèi)生巾、棉密碼茶氧夜用衛(wèi)生巾、棉密碼茶氧迷你衛(wèi)生巾等多個(gè)型號(hào)產(chǎn)品中，報(bào)告顯示的檢測(cè)結(jié)果均為符合前述相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，且無(wú)硫脲成分。7月24日，針對(duì)“辛巴自創(chuàng)品牌‘棉密碼’衛(wèi)生巾檢出超高含量致癌物”的消息，“棉密碼”發(fā)表聲明稱(chēng)“產(chǎn)品不存在致癌問(wèn)題”。

Further testing of other Mpassword pads—including day-use, night-use, and mini pads—likewise reported no thiourea content. In an official statement on Thursday, the company reiterated that all products were compliant and underwent thorough third-party evaluations.

The statement emphasized that all products comply with national safety standards. It acknowledged public concern and noted that toxicological assessments showed no significant health risk under normal use. The company also initiated its own inspection through the local Shantou regulator, which confirmed the products as safe and compliant.

記者注意到，“棉密碼”衛(wèi)生巾的生產(chǎn)方主要為廣東伊美潔生物科技有限公司。天眼查App顯示，該公司成立于2015年，位于廣東省汕頭市，是一家以從事化學(xué)原料和化學(xué)制品制造業(yè)為主的企業(yè)，注冊(cè)資本為1000萬(wàn)人民幣。

7月24日，汕頭市澄海區(qū)市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管局工作人員回應(yīng)南都灣財(cái)社記者稱(chēng)，相關(guān)部門(mén)正在調(diào)查此事，有后續(xù)結(jié)果會(huì)官方公布。南都灣財(cái)社記者致電涉事品牌生產(chǎn)商廣東伊美潔生物科技有限公司，但被對(duì)方以“現(xiàn)在正忙”為由掛斷電話，此后電話未能接通。
