在電視上我們經常會看到一些人專門“do stars”模仿明星
如：He did Clinton very well.他模仿克林頓模仿得很好
2.imitate
模仿某人的言談、舉止等也可以用“imitate”
如：imitate other people's handwriting模仿別人的筆跡
imitate the way adults speak模仿大人講話
3.copy
有時可以與imitate互換使用
如：He tends to copy his elder brother in the things he says and the way he dresses．他在言談和穿著上都傾向于模仿他的哥哥
