尊敬的老師、親愛的同學們：

Dear teachers and classmates:

大家上午好！我們是602班的張皓澤、朱雨馨，今天我們演講的主題是“不是只有暴力，才叫霸凌”。

Good morning!we are angel and Justin from Class 602. Today, our topic is "Bullying is not just about violence".

校園是一方澄明凈土，是圣潔的育人殿堂。但光明之下，也潛藏暗影。近日“3名初中生霸凌同學并將其殺害”的暴力事件令人發指，此事件讓我們憤怒和惋惜之余，是否也應引起我們的反思。

The campus is a clear and pure land, a hall of education. But under the light, there are also hidden shadows. The recent violent incident of three middle school students bullying and killing their classmates. which has made us angry and regretful, and should also provoke our reflection.

難道只有出言辱罵或動手毆打才叫霸凌嗎？據統計，最讓被霸凌者感到無助的時刻，不是來自于施暴者的欺凌，而是旁觀者的無視。正所謂“雪崩的時候，沒有一片雪花是無辜的。”

It's not just verbal abuse or physical violence that is considered bullying. In fact, what makes the bullied feel helpless the most is the bystander's disregard. As the saying goes, "When an avalanche occurs, no snowflake is innocent."

當聽到有侮辱性的外號時，你有沒有因覺得有趣而跟著一起叫？當一些流言蜚語傳入耳朵時，你會不會為了“合群”而選擇不再與他交往？當真的看到有人被欺負有沒有因為所謂話題而去夸張傳播？當你看到霸凌者在施暴時，你是否會認為那只是平常的打鬧？當你的好朋友遭到孤立時，你是否會為了“合群”而選擇不再與他交往？當你看到真正的霸凌時，你是否會怕惹禍上身而選擇無視......

Did you shout along when you heard someone being nicknamed? Did you spread the word when you saw someone being bullied? When you see bullies abusing, do you think it's just a normal fight? Would you choose to ignore your good friend when they are isolated.

如果每一個人都充當了旁觀者，事情會變成什么樣？那些施暴的人，會被默許，被肯定，被鼓舞，甚至變本加厲。那些跟著起哄、附和的人，會更麻木，更坦然，更興奮，甚至躍躍欲試。而被霸凌的人，只會更加懷疑自己，厭棄自己，陷入絕望，感覺到被全世界拋棄。所以，旁觀不是中立，而是一種無聲的縱容，對清白的加害。

What would happen if everyone acted as an observer? Those who commit violence will intensify. Those who follow suit will become more numb, while those who are bullied will only feel abandoned by the whole world. So, bystanders are not neutral, but a silent indulgence.

我們從來不應該是局外人。就算你只是叫了他的名字而不是外號，就算你只是擦掉了黑板上的辱罵言語，就算你只是主動申請當他的同桌，就算你只是告訴了老師或者家長......當你停止旁觀，你就是在保護被霸凌者的勇士。

We should never be outsiders. Even if you only call his name instead of a nickname; Even if you just erase the insulting words on the blackboard; Even if you only apply to be his desk mate, even if you just tell the teacher or parents. When you stop watching, you are protecting the bullied.

你有機會讓被霸凌者相信，他從來都不是一個人。一場霸凌的開始或許你無法左右，一場霸凌的走向卻有可能因你的選擇，而發生改變。只要你愿意你就可以改變世界，一個絕不容忍霸凌存在的世界。

You have the opportunity to make the bullied believe that he has never been alone. You may not be able to control the beginning of a bullying, but you can change it. As long as you are willing, you can change the world, a world that will never tolerate bullying.

下面，請同學們舉起右手，與我宣誓：

我宣誓！不當殘忍的欺凌者！

不當冷漠的旁觀者！

不當沉默的受害者！

我承諾！尊重他人，友善待人，絕不參與欺凌！讓世界因我的存在而更加美好！
