據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示，10月9日至10月12日（2024重慶秋交會(huì)線下展會(huì)期間），重慶全市商品房成交面積41.66萬(wàn)平方米，環(huán)比增長(zhǎng)161.9%、同比增長(zhǎng)12.3%。
中心城區(qū)商品房成交面積19.47萬(wàn)平方米，環(huán)比增長(zhǎng)251.0%、同比增長(zhǎng)27.3%，其中商品住房成交面積13.65萬(wàn)平方米，環(huán)比增長(zhǎng)269.7%、同比增長(zhǎng)49.5%。
