據北京市住建委官網數據顯示，2月22日-23日，北京新房網簽295套，網簽面積26474.26㎡，其中住宅網簽212套，網簽面積23837.95㎡。二手房網簽358套，網簽面積30421.68㎡，其中住宅網簽100套，網簽面積8873.95㎡。

截止目前，2月（2月1日~23日）北京新房網簽3391套，網簽面積245422.65㎡，其中住宅網簽1525套，網簽面積181177.27㎡；二手房網簽8500套，網簽面積735165.51㎡，其中住宅7615套，住宅網簽面積695040㎡。
