- 準備主要食材:白蘿卜,胡蘿卜去皮,大蒜,小蔥,
- 把白蘿卜和胡蘿卜擦成細絲(擦絲之前把蘿卜清洗干凈,擦完以后不要再淘洗)
- 蘿卜絲中倒入一點食用油混合均勻
- 再加入低筋面粉抓拌,讓每個蘿卜絲上都裹上一層面粉
- 鍋中鋪蒸籠布,把蘿卜絲平鋪上去
- 水開后蒸6分鐘左右
- 蒸蘿卜期間調(diào)個蒜泥汁:大蒜搗成泥加2勺輕鹽特級牡蠣醬
