臭豆腐紅燒肉的做法
- 梅花肉切塊,在冷水中浸泡半小時以上,然后撈出瀝水。
- 臭豆腐洗干凈
- 用廚房紙巾吸水
- 鍋里多倒點油,中火煎臭豆腐。
- 煎到兩面金黃香脆時撈出。
- 鍋里留一點點底油,開大火,放入肉塊翻炒到肉水份出來且變色。然后加入料酒,生抽,老抽,冰糖,一點點香醋,并翻炒均勻。

- 加入開水沒過肉塊,并放入姜片。水開后轉小火,燉40分鐘。

臭豆腐本身是有咸味的,再加上當了生抽老抽,所以要注意別多放鹽。甚至可以不用放鹽。
