桑葚果醬的做法

1. 桑葚摘干凈，梗可要可不要，我是留著的，有營養，不需要洗，把明眼能見的臟物取走就好了，桑葚和冰糖放入安裝一字刀頭的主鍋

1. 蓋上特大號蒸鍋連接器

1. 設置慢煮1小時20分鐘，速度3，120度

1. 此時，容器可以用蒸箱消毒啦，15分鐘100度

1. 一個半小時后，桑葚還是沒有特別細膩的，可以設置烹飪師5分鐘，速度9，此時再滴幾滴檸檬汁進鍋里，進行打磨，如圖狀態就很好了，酸酸甜甜，很好吃
