之前做過同款,但對造型不甚滿意,加之夏天做包著實太虐,便翻了這款萌萌噠的綠頭牌。味道咸香開胃,也很適合夏天食用呢

小獅子肉松面包的做法
- 將除黃油以外的面團材料放入面包機,啟動揉面程序15分鐘,放入室溫下軟化的黃油,繼續揉面5-10分鐘至黃油被面團吸收,面團達到擴展階段。
- 無需基礎發酵,直接分割成6份,再將每份面團按1:3的比例分成一大一小兩份面團。
- 松弛10分鐘后,取一大一小兩份面團分別搟開成圓形,直徑大約為9cm和6cm。
- 大面皮中間擠一點沙拉醬。
- 放上適量肉松。
- 然后在肉松四周的面皮上刷少許清水。
- 將小面皮蓋在餡料上方,四周邊緣處壓緊,事先刷清水的話會粘得更牢固。
- 依次做好6份面團,放在烤盤上。

- 烤好后放至溫熱,在面包靠底部一圈涂抹上沙拉醬。
- 粘一圈肉松。
- 取少許黑巧克力裝入裱花袋,隔熱水融化。
- 如圖在面包頂部畫上小獅子的五官就OK啦。
小貼士
1、面粉吸水性受諸多因素影響,揉面時建議預留10-15克液體。
2、小面皮一要和大面皮粘結實,不然后面爆開來就不好看咯~
