巧婦難為無米之炊。數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的第一步，也是最基本的步驟，就是獲得數(shù)據(jù)。公共平臺的數(shù)據(jù)都可以通過RStudio下載。后臺和交流群經(jīng)常收到小伙伴數(shù)據(jù)下載遇到問題的情況，我們這次把TCGA數(shù)據(jù)庫中全部癌腫的臨床信息，拷貝數(shù)變異CNV、單核苷酸變異SNV，DNA甲基化，蛋白組和轉(zhuǎn)錄組測序數(shù)據(jù)。
