- 小土豆洗凈后,冷水下鍋煮熟。用筷子能戳透就是熟了。
- 煮熟后的土豆控干水分,趁著不太熱時把皮剝掉,用刀輕輕的壓扁,壓碎了也沒關系,只是方便煎時比較入味。
- 鍋燒熱倒適量油,小火煎至兩面金黃。
- 放小蔥,調中火快速翻炒
- +椒鹽+孜然粉+芝麻,把調料快速翻炒均勻
- 一口一個,好吃到停不下嘴
