- 春筍先焯水兩分鐘后撈起來,春筍、彩椒都切小塊。香腸切小丁,米洗干凈
- 熱鍋倒油,把香腸丁炒到肥肉透明
- 然后放新鮮豌豆,繼續翻炒兩三分鐘
- 焯過水的春筍,下鍋,翻炒一兩分鐘,撒少許鹽,因為香腸里有咸味
