【環(huán)球網(wǎng)綜合報(bào)道】6月10日，金地（集團(tuán)）股份有限公司（簡(jiǎn)稱“金地集團(tuán)”）公告披露2025年5月份銷售情況。
公告顯示，2025年5月，金地集團(tuán)實(shí)現(xiàn)簽約面積23.8萬平方米，同比下降51.92%；實(shí)現(xiàn)簽約金額31.2億元，同比下降52.07%。
1-5月，金地集團(tuán)累計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)簽約面積99.2萬平方米，同比下降49.31%；累計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)簽約金額140.5億元，同比下降52.36%。
