本報(bào)北京6月25日電 (記者王昊男)符合首都城市功能定位、投資回報(bào)機(jī)制明確……近期，北京面向民間資本公開推介119個(gè)項(xiàng)目，總投資約1244億元，擬引入社會(huì)資本投資約429億元。
據(jù)了解，此次推介的119個(gè)項(xiàng)目，涵蓋科技創(chuàng)新、先進(jìn)制造業(yè)、商業(yè)服務(wù)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、公共服務(wù)、文旅體育、城市更新、農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村、住房建設(shè)等九大領(lǐng)域。其中，科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域項(xiàng)目數(shù)最多，共29個(gè)。
