我為啥不退休，因為我是高中教師資格副高六級，我一定要熬到五級。五級比六級多開700多。我憑啥要退休？比我年齡小的，工作沒我早的，都比我開得多。現在說延遲退休了，說2029年之后實施，我等不及了。
我堅決不退休，誰勸退也不可以。我干不動也站著崗位。一定到五級才可以。
