【 公開(kāi)聽(tīng)證公告 】
為落實(shí)最高人民檢察院關(guān)于全面推進(jìn)公開(kāi)聽(tīng)證工作要求,保障人民群眾對(duì)檢察工作的知情權(quán)、參與權(quán)、表達(dá)權(quán)、監(jiān)督權(quán),促進(jìn)司法公開(kāi),保障司法公正,提升司法公信力,根據(jù)《人民檢察院審查案件聽(tīng)證工作規(guī)定》的有關(guān)規(guī)定，本院決定對(duì)魏某某不服不起訴決定刑事申訴案件召開(kāi)公開(kāi)聽(tīng)證會(huì)，現(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項(xiàng)公告如下:
一、聽(tīng)證會(huì)時(shí)間
2025年7月16日下午15: 30
二、聽(tīng)證會(huì)地點(diǎn)
柘榮縣人民檢察院聽(tīng)證室。
三、注意事項(xiàng)
1.參加聽(tīng)證會(huì)的人員需出示身份證件，并提前10分鐘進(jìn)場(chǎng)。
2.聽(tīng)證過(guò)程中，應(yīng)當(dāng)遵守會(huì)場(chǎng)紀(jì)律和聽(tīng)證會(huì)規(guī)則，服從聽(tīng)證主持人的安排，未經(jīng)同意不得錄音錄像。
