當(dāng)?shù)貢r間7月24日，美國國土安全部助理部長特里西婭·麥克勞克林稱，移民與海關(guān)執(zhí)法局 （ICE）已下令工作人員“盡可能”為所有參加該機構(gòu)“拘留替代計劃”的人員佩戴腳鐐。麥克勞克林表示，非法居留美國的人可能會被GPS腳鐐“束縛”。（央視記者 許弢）
