記者從國鐵呼和浩特局了解到，今天（27日）中午，受河北省張家口市西洋河水庫泄洪影響，采取封鎖措施主動避險的京包客運專線興和北站至懷安站區間，于19時40分起解除線路封鎖。鐵路部門動態調整列車運行方案，當日（27日）恢復開行3趟、臨時增開3趟呼和浩特、包頭始發的進京高鐵和動車組列車。
