科技邊角料獲悉咖啡品牌M Stand旗下上海艾恰餐飲管理有限公司日前發生工商變更，瑞昌帕特納管理服務中心、熠然企業發展（上海）有限公司、上海翼遼企業管理咨詢合伙企企業、廈門挑戰者雙魚號股權投資合伙企業、小紅書科技有限公司、Gaorong LKZN Holding Limited等多位股東退出。
天眼查App顯示，上海艾恰餐飲管理公司法定代表人葛冬，注冊資本3581.92萬元，由阿姆斯丹餐飲管理（上海）有限公司全資持股。
