據(jù)北京市住建委官網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)顯示，1月20日，北京新房網(wǎng)簽435套，網(wǎng)簽面積32386.06㎡，其中住宅網(wǎng)簽198套，網(wǎng)簽面積22133.44㎡。二手房網(wǎng)簽749套，網(wǎng)簽面積65255.01㎡，其中住宅網(wǎng)簽640套，網(wǎng)簽面積59323.52㎡。

截止目前，1月（1月1日~20日）北京新房網(wǎng)簽6113套，網(wǎng)簽面積612726.38㎡，其中住宅網(wǎng)簽2189套，網(wǎng)簽面積268630.42㎡；二手房網(wǎng)簽11005套，網(wǎng)簽面積992026.12㎡，其中住宅9917套，住宅網(wǎng)簽面積928036.53㎡。
