據(jù)北京市住建委官網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2月19日，北京新房網(wǎng)簽242套，網(wǎng)簽面積16986.92㎡，其中住宅網(wǎng)簽120套，網(wǎng)簽面積13604.89㎡。二手房網(wǎng)簽705套，網(wǎng)簽面積60202.44㎡，其中住宅網(wǎng)簽638套，網(wǎng)簽面積57291.34㎡。

截止目前，2月（2月1日~19日）北京新房網(wǎng)簽2385套，網(wǎng)簽面積174085.95㎡，其中住宅網(wǎng)簽1094套，網(wǎng)簽面積131470.58㎡；二手房網(wǎng)簽6583套，網(wǎng)簽面積566014.42㎡，其中住宅5866套，住宅網(wǎng)簽面積534454.02㎡。
