涼拌藕片的做法
- 準備食材
- 藕去皮切片、蒜/香菜切末;
- 準備料汁:把蒜末、辣椒面、芝麻放小碗里,燒點熱油(冒煙那種),油開倒進調料碗,滋啦~
- 再放2勺生抽、1勺陳醋、半勺糖、半勺鹽、1勺蠔油、1小勺味精,攪拌均勻;
- 水開,藕下鍋、煮2分鐘、撈出過涼水、控干;
