這是爸爸最愛(ài)的菜……我由于工作和家庭原因不能常常陪伴爸爸左右,他愛(ài)吃鮑魚但是自己不會(huì)做,爸爸說(shuō):“出去吃太貴,不劃算”,我忽然覺(jué)得我這個(gè)不稱職的女兒,偶爾能為爸爸做一道他愛(ài)吃菜,感到很幸福,看他沒(méi)等吃就說(shuō):“我閨女做的菜肯定好吃……”我心里又覺(jué)得好難受……希望大家多多回家吃飯……給爸媽做一道他們愛(ài)吃的菜,盡一份子女的心??

紅燒鮑魚的做法
- 用勺子把鮑魚從殼里挖出來(lái),去掉內(nèi)臟,用刷子將鮑魚肉上的黑膜刷洗干凈。
- 將鮑魚肉的正面用刀切成十字花刀,別切段了哈,這樣鮑魚會(huì)比較入味,而是熟了會(huì)比較好看。
- 鍋里倒入涼水,放入切好的鮑魚,放入料酒和姜片,用小火溫煮鮑魚至水開后1-2分鐘后,把鮑魚撈出瀝干備用。
- 準(zhǔn)備木耳,胡蘿卜備用
- 把菜心梗切段兒備用
- 依圖片順序準(zhǔn)備料酒、淀粉、蔥姜蒜末、蠔油、生抽、蒸魚豉油混合物。
- 將配菜胡蘿卜和菜心段用開水焯水備用
- 鍋里放入少許底油
- 倒入蔥姜蒜末爆香
- 倒入蠔油、生抽、蒸魚豉油混合小火炒香
- 倒入焯好水的鮑魚和水淀粉
