濟南住房公積金中心6月24日下發《關于支持繳存人購買保障性住房的通知》，明確提出：住房公積金繳存人購買保障性住房的，可提取個人賬戶住房公積金支付購房首付款，同時可按規定申請使用住房公積金貸款，最低首付款比例為15%。該通知自下發之日起執行。
