制作步驟:

4.大火燒開后轉(zhuǎn)小火,蓋上鍋蓋慢燉50分鐘,直到排骨變得軟爛,用筷子能輕松插入。排骨燉至軟爛后,放入切好的冬瓜塊,輕輕攪拌均勻,繼續(xù)燉煮20分鐘。轉(zhuǎn)中火,讓冬瓜在湯汁中充分吸收排骨的鮮味,直至冬瓜變得透明軟爛。
