（一）周度成交情況
2025年第29周（07.14-07.20），北京商品房成交下滑，商品房銷售面積為12.06萬㎡，環(huán)比下滑；11.85%成交套數(shù)為1471套，環(huán)比下滑23.86%。
其中，商品住宅成交面積7.58萬㎡，環(huán)比上升28.53%；成交套數(shù)為559套，環(huán)比上升22.05%。
