鐔會明，男，漢族，1966年出生，甘肅成縣人，中專文化，企業工人，從小愛好毛筆書法作品，近幾年一直在不斷地，努力，學習，曾經參加過省，市，書協展覽的書法作品，受到獎勵和好評，2023年在盛唐系列全國書畫大賽獲取一等獎，在2023年冬盛唐系列書展中獲取一等獎。
現為：中國書畫家協會會員，一級書法家。
