- 黃油以外的所有食材放進廚師機,3檔3分鐘成團,再調(diào)6檔8分鐘
- 3檔3分鐘黃油揉勻,再調(diào)6放2分鐘,面團揉好,收圓松弛45分鐘
- 分成8個,每個100克,收圓放冰箱冷藏松弛半小時以上
- 松弛好后,先搟長,再搟寬,如果是量產(chǎn),就八個面團一起做
- 包入55克自己炒的豆沙餡,依次從上到下卷起來
