- 1、制作蛋糕體,玉米油加牛奶攪拌至乳化,篩入低筋面粉攪拌均勻,加入蛋黃攪拌均勻
- 2、蛋清冷凍至邊緣有小冰渣,加糖打發至直立小尖角,取少量蛋白霜加入蛋黃糊中,攪拌均勻,倒入剩余的蛋白霜中,翻拌均勻,倒入烤盤中,刮平,上下管中層150度烤20分鐘,放涼后用模具壓出形狀
- 3、制作蜜桃醬,將4顆桃子去皮,皮加水煮10分鐘,煮出粉色,過濾出桃子皮,加蜜桃果肉打成泥,倒入鍋中,加檸檬汁,熬至濃稠酸奶狀
