食材準備：

紅茶：5克

檸檬：1個

冰糖：30克

純凈水：600毫升

冰塊：適量

制作步驟：

1.在小鍋中倒入500毫升純凈水，大火燒開后，放入5克紅茶，轉小火煮3分鐘。時間到了，將紅茶水過濾到容器中，茶葉就不要啦，讓茶湯自然放涼。

2.檸檬用鹽搓洗干凈表皮，去除農藥殘留和果蠟，洗凈擦干。先切下兩片檸檬片，去籽備用；剩余檸檬對半切開，擠出檸檬汁，用濾網過濾掉籽和雜質，放在一旁。

3.剛才煮紅茶的鍋不用洗，倒入30克冰糖和100毫升純凈水，小火慢慢熬煮。邊煮邊攪拌，直到冰糖完全融化，形成透亮的糖漿，關火晾涼。

4.放涼的紅茶湯里，依次加入檸檬汁、檸檬片、涼涼的糖漿，充分攪拌均勻。喜歡甜一點的可以多加點糖漿，要是喜歡酸一些，就多加檸檬汁。

5.準備一個杯子，放入適量的冰塊，將調好的檸檬紅茶倒入杯中，輕輕攪拌幾下，一杯顏值高又好喝的冰爽檸檬紅茶就大功告成啦！在杯口插片薄荷葉，瞬間氛圍感拉滿。
