半島網訊 近日，6月份青島二手房成交數據相繼出爐，根據青島網上房地產和青島貝殼研究院統計，青島市二手房全部房屋成交5836套，環比降低0.6%。除嶗山、西海岸新區、即墨外，其余各城區成交量均環比下降。
從成交面積段看，120㎡-140㎡面積段成交占比上漲。
