第一步,把食材準備好。玉米面舀入盆里,再舀入黃豆面,豆腐有小半塊就夠了,純牛奶需要1袋,純豆漿適量
第二步,把玉米面和黃豆面拌勻,再把豆腐抓碎入盆,分次加入牛奶和豆漿,用筷子拌勻至無干粉
第三步,反復揉光滑,蓋上蓋子餳15分鐘,讓玉米面更滋潤一些
第四步,做窩頭。取一小塊面團,雙手團成帶尖的饅頭狀,再用大拇指邊轉圈邊捅個深窩狀,窩頭就做好了
