你家貓咪換毛季時，是不是也像下雪一樣滿屋飄毛？每次擼貓后打噴嚏，總?cè)滩蛔模哼@些毛會不會吸進肺里？尤其家里有娃或老人，更怕長期吸入會出問題。其實這個問題早有人研究過，答案可能讓你意外——咱們的身體早就自帶“防御系統(tǒng)”，貓毛想進肺可沒那么容易。

一、人體的“過濾網(wǎng)”有多強？

鼻子是第一道防線。鼻毛能擋住大顆粒異物，比如灰塵、花粉，連貓毛這種細長的毛發(fā)也難逃“攔截”。要是有漏網(wǎng)之魚，黏膜纖毛還能用擺動的方式把它們趕出去。就像掃地機器人貼著地面清理，這些纖毛會把鼻腔里的臟東西裹進黏液里，最后變成鼻屎排出。

就算貓毛僥幸闖進喉嚨，氣管壁也有纖毛繼續(xù)“追捕”。這些小家伙像無數(shù)只小手，一抓到異物就拼命擺動，逼你通過咳嗽把它吐出來。有人做過實驗，空氣里直徑超過10微米的顆粒幾乎都在鼻腔被攔下，而貓毛最細也有20微米，根本沒機會深入呼吸道。

二、貓毛的“身材”決定了命運

一根貓毛的直徑大約0.02毫米~0.06毫米，換算成微米就是20~60μm。對比霧霾PM2.5的2.5μm，貓毛就像根小鋼筋，別說進肺泡，連支氣管都擠不進去。有人試過把臉埋進貓肚皮猛吸，結(jié)果不是打噴嚏就是流眼淚，哪輪得到貓毛往肺里鉆？

嬰兒更不用擔心。雖然他們鼻毛還沒長全，但鼻腔結(jié)構(gòu)同樣能產(chǎn)生氣旋阻擋異物。國外早有研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，養(yǎng)貓家庭的孩子反而更少得哮喘，因為早期接觸動物皮屑能增強免疫系統(tǒng)。

三、過敏的鍋，貓毛不背！

真正讓人難受的是貓毛上的“乘客”——皮屑和唾液里的蛋白質(zhì)。這些微小物質(zhì)才是過敏元兇，跟毛發(fā)本身沒關(guān)系。就像有人對蒲公英種子過敏，但沒人說蒲公英毛會扎穿肺壁吧？

對過敏人群來說，貓毛反而成了“背鍋俠”。如果你擼貓后鼻癢、流涕，該防的是這些過敏原。定期給貓洗澡（別太頻繁！）、用粘毛器清理沙發(fā)，比擔心貓毛進肺有用得多。

四、那些年傳歪的“貓毛危害”

網(wǎng)上流傳的“貓毛致肺癌”說法純屬嚇人。養(yǎng)貓幾十年的老貓奴、寵物醫(yī)生、美容師都沒因此得病，可見貓毛危害被夸大了。倒是霧霾天的PM2.5更值得警惕——這些顆粒才真的能鉆進肺泡，長期積累誘發(fā)炎癥。

至于“嬰兒肺里發(fā)現(xiàn)貓毛”的傳言，醫(yī)院早辟謠了。就算真有極少量貓毛誤入氣管，也會被咳嗽反射排出，不可能長期滯留。
