近年來，檢察機關充分發揮民事支持起訴職能，積極參與欠薪治理，對符合民事支持起訴條件的勞動者，依法支持其提起訴訟追索勞動報酬，保障勞有所得、勞有所獲。2025年1月至6月，全國檢察機關受理民事支持起訴案件3.25萬件，支持起訴2.09萬件，其中支持農民工起訴1.42萬件，占67.91%。
