據北京市住建委官網數據顯示，2月18日，北京新房網簽265套，網簽面積15757.67㎡，其中住宅網簽68套，網簽面積9450.2㎡。二手房網簽660套，網簽面積56645.41㎡，其中住宅網簽606套，網簽面積53530.77㎡。

截止目前，2月（2月1日~18日）北京新房網簽2143套，網簽面積157099.03㎡，其中住宅網簽974套，網簽面積117865.69㎡；二手房網簽5878套，網簽面積505811.98㎡，其中住宅5228套，住宅網簽面積477162.68㎡。
