7月1日起，上海市兒童醫院啟用呼吸科夜門診。

暑期來臨，兒科迎來就診高峰，呼吸科、內分泌科、眼科、口腔科、耳鼻咽喉科等熱門科室人頭攢動，不少家庭全體出動帶孩子看病。

為了應對這股熱潮，上海各大兒童醫療機構便民服務升級，通過延長服務時間、優化就診流程、擴容醫療資源等多維度舉措，緩解兒童暑期“看病難”，為申城家庭送上健康服務。

夜門診擴容，延時就醫更便捷

家長白天請假難，患兒夜間發病急，這是兒科就醫的痛點。

7月1日起，上海市兒童醫院瀘定路、北京西路兩院區同步啟用呼吸科夜門診，每天下午4點半至晚8點，兩院區呼吸科專科醫生將為呼吸道感染、哮喘、慢性咳嗽等患兒提供診療服務。上海市兒童醫院呼吸科主任董曉艷表示：“夜門診有效分流患者，不僅縮短等待時間，也更方便家長陪診。”

記者了解到，除新開通的呼吸科夜門診外，上海市兒童醫院已有內分泌科、腎臟風濕免疫科、神經內科、普內科、骨科等多個夜門診。

上周，一位安徽5歲腎病綜合征患兒嚴重浮腫，家長乘火車趕來上海市兒童醫院時求醫。抵達醫院已是下午5點，普通門診下班了。本以為得等到第二天才能再看專科門診，預檢護士卻告訴家長：“腎臟科有夜門診可以就診。”通過夜門診，患兒當天得以診治并入院，避免了滯留等待。

這個暑期，國家兒童醫學中心、上海交通大學醫學院附屬上海兒童醫學中心也全面延長服務時間：門診窗口清晨7點開放；用午間“連一連”、晚間“延一延”模式延長門診時間；增設周末門診和潮汐門診，打造“無假日醫院”。

兒童醫療機構的延時服務有效化解了時間沖突， 患兒家庭能夠得到及時、便捷、高效的醫療服務，緩解家長們的后顧之憂。

就醫少等待，診療多選擇

為了減少患兒家庭的等待時間，兒童醫療機構采取多種手段優化就診流程。

上海兒童醫學中心通過患者服務號、支付寶生活號、自助機、診間、病區、電話七大渠道開放掛號預約，患兒家庭掛號更靈活，可以自主選擇方便的時段就診。此外，創新推出的“診前檢驗”功能，支持患兒家庭通過互聯網醫院、患者服務公眾號等線上渠道預約開單，到院后，可以在排隊就診期間先做檢查，帶著報告單問診。

為了在兒科就診高峰期引導患者合理分流，上海兒童醫學中心陸家嘴院區與張江院區兩地聯動，實現熱門門診和緊俏病區信息共享、檢驗檢查報告互認，靈活增設潮汐門診。

上海市兒童醫院在多科室夜門診協同的基礎上，瀘定路院區開設每日兒內科夜間特需門診，夜間就診也能享有專家醫療資源。多院區、多科室協同，為掛號難、住院難的患兒家庭開辟了多元診療選擇。

從線上預約到多院區聯動，這些舉措不僅疏解了眼前的就診高峰，更織密了守護兒童安康的全時守護網，助力孩子們度一個更健康、更輕松的暑假。
