忙碌的生活總是過得很快,一晃大兒子有半個月沒回來了,電話里說周末小兩口一起回家。我和寶爸商量著晚餐做點啥,電話又來了,說大熱的天兒別做了,去外面吃,遭到了我們老兩口的反對,外面吃飯哪有家里自在呀,還是在家吃好。
最后經過寶爸和大兒子商量的結果,寶爸做3個,兒子買5個,8道菜5口人足夠吃了。兒子把菜拎回來,這邊也都做好了,5口人的家宴時光很快開啟!
曬曬我家晚餐吃的啥:烤魚+炒花蛤+香辣炒河蝦+炒豬肝+炒雞胗+椒麻肉+鹵肉+豆豉麻椒肉片,主食燜了米飯,還有兒子買的熏肉大餅。
這一桌飯菜,吃的不光是美食,也是寶爸和大兒子這父子倆對家人的愛,暖心而幸福。
這6樣是兒子買回來的,有烤魚+熏肉大餅+炒豬肝+炒花蛤+炒雞胗+香辣炒河蝦。在點菜的時候,光電話就來了倆,一會問老爸愛吃啥,一會又問老媽愛吃啥。我和寶爸心里暖暖的,大兒子真孝順呀!
寶爸對兒子小兩口的口味摸得門兒清,也特意為他們做了3道菜,有豆豉麻椒肉片,椒麻炸肉,鹵肉。
豆豉麻椒炒肉片,這道菜香辣入味,超下飯,做法也簡單。上次給兒子拎走了一份,小兩口評價說第二頓的更好吃,特別的香。
做法:
1,需要準備的食材:麻椒,濕豆豉,去皮肥瘦肉,蔥姜,鹽,植物油
2,把肉切稍薄的片,麻椒洗凈,切成塊
3,炒鍋里不用放油,燒熱后倒入麻椒,干煸至麻椒打蔫,微微有點糊,鏟出待用
4,炒鍋里加植物油,放蔥姜扒拉幾下,倒入肉片炒變色,淋入料酒翻炒去腥,少許生抽提味
5,加入豆豉炒香,倒入炒好的麻椒,加鹽調味,炒勻出鍋
椒麻肉,最先被光盤的菜,酥香不膩,尤其是椒麻味,開胃增食欲。
做法:
1,需要準備的食材:豬梅花肉1大塊,蔥姜,椒麻油,鹽,土豆淀粉,炸油
2,把豬肉先切厚片,再切短段,入盆。加蔥姜、鹽、生抽拌勻,腌一會入味
3,把肉扒拉到盆一邊,另一側倒入和肉一樣多的土豆淀粉,先分次加水攪成稠酸奶狀,再加入適量椒麻油泄開,拌勻
4,最后和肉段拌勻,讓每塊肉都能裹上稍厚的淀粉糊
5,炸油燒熱,下入肉段炸熟,表皮微酥
6,撈出來,等油溫升上來后,倒入肉段復炸,邊皮變酥,撈出控油即可裝盤上桌
