時間不緊不慢地過著,雖然工作忙碌,但一日三餐的美食總能讓心靈得到慰藉,疲憊的身體得到安撫。民以食為天,吃是家里的頭等大事,填飽肚子,好好吃飯,更是一件幸福到老的事兒!
大兒子沒在家,所以經常吃飯的只有我們三口。假日的三餐,依然用心做,不需要太豐盛,家人喜歡的就好。
曬曬我家的一日三餐,同時也把做法分享給大家,共同學習,共同進步,在你不知道吃啥的時候,沒準能找到靈感!
今日份早餐~
早餐搭配:花生醬吐司+熱牛奶+白煮蛋
周末在家,孩子有點賴床,磨蹭到九點多才吃早飯。寶爸等不及先吃了。我和兒子倆人快速吃一些,一會又到午飯點了。這一頓,有干有稀,妥妥的蛋白質加碳水,我們娘倆吃得有滋有味。
花生醬吐司的做法:
1,需要準備的食材:吐司兩片,顆?;ㄉu適量,植物油少許
2,這回的吐司都是頂頭,我片掉一些,這回好吃多了
3,電餅鐺里刷植物油先預熱上,然后碼入吐司,上下火煎到兩面微焦
4,趁著吐司的熱乎勁,趕緊把顆粒花生醬擠上,抹勻,裝盤上桌。又香又好吃,味道可好了
白煮蛋的做法:
1,需要準備的食材:雞蛋3個,清水
2,煮鍋里加水燒到響邊,轉小火,把雞蛋洗凈下鍋
3,蓋上蓋子,小火燒開鍋,煮2分鐘,關火燜10分鐘
4,撈出雞蛋過涼即可。這樣煮出來的雞蛋的蛋殼不會裂開,且蛋黃的老嫩剛剛好,香還不噎

午餐搭配:孜然肉+炒雜蔬+米飯
去市場買了一塊梅花肉,想著早餐吃得簡單了些,午餐找補回來。三口人兩道菜足夠了,不剩菜不浪費,勤儉持家。兒子說孜然肉做得太好吃了,有點酥還有燒烤味,外面得賣80多!哈哈,這也太夸張了,喜歡就好,沒白忙活。
葷素搭配才健康,炒蔬菜的時候,我放了好幾樣食材,還都切成了丁,這回呀,只能用勺舀著吃了,誰不愛吃啥,想挑出來都難。
孜然肉的做法:
1,需要準備的食材:豬梅花肉1塊,香菜,孜然粒,白芝麻,雞蛋,淀粉
2,把梅花肉切成大點的丁,加胡椒粉、鹽、1個雞蛋,抓黏,再放稠淀粉抓黏
3,炒鍋里加炸油燒熱,下入肉丁炸熟,撈出來,油溫升高,再復炸至微酥,撈出控油
4,炸油倒出,鍋里放孜然粒炒香,倒入炸肉和香菜段、白芝麻,翻炒均勻即可出鍋
炒雜蔬的做法:
1,需要準備的食材:木耳,芹菜,洋蔥,青椒,香菇,胡蘿卜,肥瘦豬肉,雞蛋
