在碗中放入2勺芝麻醬，加入少量涼白開，順著一個方向攪拌稀釋。接著依次加入生抽、老抽、米醋、白糖、香油、雞精、鹽，攪拌均勻，讓各種味道充分融合。最后根據個人的口味加入2勺辣椒油，再次攪拌均勻放著備用。

接著準備一根黃瓜，一點香菜去掉根部，放在鹽水中清洗干凈，再將香菜改刀切成小段。再準備幾瓣大蒜，去掉外皮拍扁以后剁碎，清洗干凈的黃瓜切成薄片再改刀切成細絲。切好的黃瓜絲擺在盤子的底部。

新鮮拉皮用溫水淘洗后瀝干（若是干拉皮，先泡軟，再用沸水煮熟，然后過涼水徹底瀝干水分）拉皮清洗一下就特別的平整，沒有褶皺，之后給它改刀切成寬條，放入大碗中，在倒入提前調好的芝麻醬，根再加入香菜末，蒜末，將它們翻拌均勻。拌好的拉皮放在黃瓜絲上面即可開吃了。
