先準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)干凈的塑料瓶,在瓶蓋上戳幾個(gè)小孔。取兩個(gè)新鮮的大山楂洗凈后對(duì)半切開,去核備用。把山楂片、冰糖、水按比例放入鍋中熬煮至融化。接著將山楂肉朝下放入瓶蓋,再扣入碗中。待涼凝固后取出,輕輕敲打脫模,一朵朵美麗的雪花就做好了。
將山楂球放入冰箱冷藏一下,吃起來口感更佳。也可以給山楂裹一層糯米粉,炸成金黃色的山楂丸子,外酥里嫩,酸酸甜甜,非常好吃。
如果你家里沒有山楂,可以用草莓來代替。草莓洗凈去蒂后切成兩半,放入模具中定型。草莓凍成固體以后,輕輕地一推,一個(gè)個(gè)可愛的草莓雪花就出來了。
