首先將芝麻葉摘洗干凈,然后鍋中燒水,放點食用油和鹽,這樣焯出來的葉子顏色更翠綠。接著撈出控干水分備用。
再來準備一個大蒜瓣切成蒜末,蔥花切碎備用。起鍋熱油,放入蔥姜蒜炒香,加入一勺豆瓣醬翻炒出紅油,接著把焯好的芝麻葉倒進去快速翻炒均勻,加少許生抽調味,最后淋入一點水淀粉勾個薄芡,就可以出鍋裝盤了。
